Britney Spears Comeback Album Pushed Back Until 2008

Britney Spears’ comeback album, which was originally slated for a late 2007 release has been pushed back until 2008 by record executives at Jive. Britney Spears’ rep Leslie Sloane Zelnick L&S Mag: “I put her on hiatus. Brit’s album is pushed until ‘08. … Let’s go on hiatus until we have a campaign to do.”
“I’m surprised the album wasn’t pushed back to 2009. Everything’s up in the air with the album right now,” says a tattle.
