Fans who missed The Circus Starring Britney Spears the first time around are in luck, the hitmaker will bring her sideshow — complete with magicians, clowns, and acrobats — back to North America later this summer.

Britney is currently touring Europe, but the pop tart will return to North America this August to kick off the new North American leg of her tour in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, before hitting 20 additional cities.

The Circus Starring Britney Spears kicked off in New Orleans, Louisiana, on March 3, 2009, and is the highest grossing tour of 2009 in North America to date.

“I’m so excited to bring The Circus back to North America. I’ve made some really cool changes to the show that I think my fans are really going to love. I also get to bring the show to some new cities we missed the first time around,” Britney said in a statement Wednesday.
