The singer has purchased a Spanish-style seafront house in Hermosa Beach, California, boasting four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a media room, a pool, a spa and a pub. “Britney’s new pad is luxurious and she got it for about $2.5 million less that its asking price,” a local real estate agent reveals.
