After forking over a fistful of $12,000 for five hours of liposuction on November 10th, Britney Spears is ready for Phase II of her ‘Complete Body Makeover-’ a breast job.

“Britney had lipo to remove the excess flab on her stomach and the ‘cottage cheese cellulite on the back of her thighs,” a pal spills to the National Enquirer.

“She wants her perky pre-baby boobs back.”

This isn’t the first report of a customized bust for Britney. Back in July, the pop tart was rumored to be trading in her boobs in hopes of snagging a massive Playboy payday.
