Britney Spears Bodyguard Battery Charge; Misdemeanor Charge Following Wynn Hotel Photographer Attack

Britney Spears’ bodyguard, Julio Cesar Camera, has been formally charged with battery after last month’s paparazzi fistfight at Las Vegas’s Wynn Hotel. Julio is facing one count of misdemeanor battery for reportedly beating photographer Andrew Deetz after he attempted to photograph Britney and her two sons, Sean and Jayden. He faces up to six months in jail, and a $1,000 fine. The photog has accused Brit herself of threatening his life, the ‘Gimme More’ singer is accused of screaming: “I am going to kill you.”
