Britney Spears has added to the legal problems she’ll likely face after going on the run with tykes Sean P. and Jayden J in tow. Brit has checked out of the Las Vegas Wynn Hotel after her bodyguard Julio “JC” Camera punched out a photographer in front of the spa after-right in front of two year old Sean, who was actually struck during the melee!

The pap was following Brit and the kids when Camera shoved the pap in the chest for getting too close to Sean. The photographer and bodyguard began brawling and Sean P was reportedly hit in the process. (No word on his injury, if any, hope he’s ok!).

Brit started yelling, police were called, all parties were asked to vacate the hotel, Britney has since checked out.

She also filed an allegation of battery on behalf of Sean Preston against photographer Kyle Henderson.

“A second Incident Crime Report was also filed by Ms. Spears on behalf of her minor child. In that report it was alleged that prior to the above incident a second photographer, identified as Kyle Henderson, battered both Mr. Camera and Ms. Spears’ child , who was at that time being held by the security officer,” according to tattles.
