Just hours after announcing an October 29th UK release for Britney Spears’ new album, ‘Blackout,’ Jive Records has decided to release the album on October 30th in the US.

“Due to these numerous unauthorized online leaks, the label is doing everything possible to prevent and avoid any further illegal distribution of songs including moving up the release date of the album to Oct. 30,” a label rep says in a statement.
