Britney Spears is set to quit rehab two days early and is planning to appear at estranged hubby K-Fed’s twenty-ninth birthday party in Vegas.

The twenty-five year old singer had been due to leave the Promises clinic in Malibu next week after completing treatment.

But after shunning anti-depressants and therapy, Britney has told her family she feels well enough to go to the glitzy bash at LA’s Eleven nightclub-plus she wants to see her babies.

A Promises insider said: “Bosses would have liked her to stay longer.”
