Bristol Palin College-Bound Homeowner! Palin Buys Maricopa Home, Registers At Arizona State University?

First up, it looks like Bristol Palin is leaving Alaska. Paperwork shows that America’s Most Famous Teen Mom and the daughter of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin recently plopped down $172,000 — cash — for a new pad in suburban Maricopa County, Arizona. Bristol, 20, and her young son Tripp are setting up shop in a development called Cobblestone Farms. Adding fuel to reports that the former Dancing With The Stars, a professional abstinence advocate and unlikely motivitional speaker, may be registering for the upcoming Spring semester at nearby Arizona State University.
Palin’s new residence is a two-level, brown stucco house with a tile roof, a landscaped front and back yard, and access to a community pool, The Arizona Republic reports. It has 2 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. Bristol closed on the home in early December, according to paperwork filed with the Pinal County Recorder’s Office. The 3,900-square-foot home was built in 2006 and purchased for just under $330,000 a short time later. It went into foreclosure last January.
