Boy In Balloon Missing; 6-Year-Old Falcon Heene Disappears

A 6-year-old boy thought to trapped in a homemade helium balloon flying out of control near Fort Collins, Colorado has disappeared. The boy has been identified as Falcon Heene, son of Mayumi and Richard Heene. Mr. Heene is a storm chaser and scientist who was working on the aircraft as a potential commuting craft when his young son is believed to have climbed inside and took off.

Early Thursday afternoon, the balloon landed in a large, open field near Denver, but police say there was no one inside the balloon. Now the question is: where’s Falcon?
