Bobby Brown’s Going to the Big House
Judge’s Orders: It’s 55 days in the clink for the self-professed Original Bad Boy of R&B.
(Not you, Chris Brown…)
Bobby Brown has been sentenced to nearly two months in a Los Angeles County jail after pleading no contest to a third DUI arrest. The ’80s boy bander was arrested in October after cops in the City of Angels pulled him over for driving erratically and subsequently caught a whiff of alcohol.
He was charged with DUI and driving on a suspended license following the incident. (Brown’s license had been suspended as a result of his previous DUI conviction in 2012. He also convicted of DUI in 1996.)
In addition the 55 day sentence, the “Roni” singer has been slapped with four years probation, ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol program and must attend three AA meetings per week.
Brown must turn himself over to authorities, to begin serving his time, by March 20.
