Twenty year old Gossip Girl star Blake Lively is calling foul on reports that she’s pulled a Janice Dickinson on her nose and lips. “I suspect rhinoplasty,” Chicago-based plastic surgeon Dr. Peter Geldner tells Life & Style Magazine.

“Her nose looks straight, thinner, and has a slightly more defined tip.”

As for her lips, the Good Doctor suspect Restylane injections.

“It was done beautifully.”

Blake is shrugging off the plastic surgery rumors:

“I don’t know,” the actress told OK! “It’s the way you address any rumor. People want to talk. They want to create negative things about you and your life, make up things. You can’t look at it. You can’t let them affect you.”
