Australian celebrity moles claim Amy Winehouse is ready to end her addiction-fueled four month marriage to husband Blake Fielder-Civil despite the former music video assistant’s public vow to commit suicide if she leaves him.

The ‘Rehab’ hitmaker has consulted lawyers to make the split official after her notoriously poor performance at London’s Music of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards earlier this month, according to an Aussie tabloid. Amy is rumored to be sitting on pins over “how much Blake would be entitled to” in a divorce settlement since the pair exchanged vows without a prenup.

“Blake has been singing, ‘They tried to make me sign a pre-nup, but I said no, no, no’ to the tune of her Rehab song,” said a tabloid source following the couple’s May nups in Miami.
