Barbie just got a kinky makeover.

Christian groups are outraged over a new collector’s edition Barbie doll. Children’s advocates say Black Canary Barbie, who comes clad in fishnet stockings, black patent leather “hooker boots,” and signature slick leather jacket, represents the S&M sexual subculture and sends a negative message to children.

The doll is aimed toward kids 12 & older.

Black Canary Barbie is based on the DC Comics crime-fighting superheroine. She is a martial-arts master who leads the Justice Team of action heroes.

Dude… It’s Dinah… she’s looked like that for years. Why change her for a freaking OMG.. It makes Jesus cry group? If they made an Emma Frost doll no one would look twice because she wears white. The color of “Black” is mostly likely making people whine.

Oh, please. Black Canary has been around for decades and has nothing to do with S&M. God forbid that they should ever make a Zatanna doll…
