Britney Spears is out of her drawers and off her meds, according to a new report in the National Enquirer. The weekly snitch rag claims Britney was diagnosed with the manic depressive disorder during her thirty day stint at Malibu’s Promises Treatment Center last March but is no longer taking the Lithium doctors prescribed to control the condition. And unless the pop tart agrees to continue bipolar treatment, reunited mom Lynne Spears is vowing to testify against her in any remaining child custody battles with ex-Kevin Federline.

“It is hard for Britney to listen to Lynne or anyone,” says an Enquirer mole.

“She doesn’t want to get back on the lithium.”
