Billy Ray Cyrus will make his Broadway debut playing fast-talking attorney Billy Flynn in the Tony Award-winning musical Chicago.
Beginning Nov. 5, the “Achy Breaky Heart” hit-maker will play a limited seven-week engagement at the Ambassador Theatre in Manhattan. Cyrus’ role will run through Dec. 23.
Flynn was played by Richard Gere in the 2003 movie musical. R&B crooner Usher also played criminal lawyer in a brief stage. engagement
