Beyonce Reveals Fitness Obsession
Have you ever found yourself watching MTV when one of Beyonce’s videos comes on and then you get enraptured at that goddess on the screen? Just like the rest of the “normal” world, perhaps, you have wondered at just how she can maintain her shape and look as gorgeous as she did when she first came out – perhaps even more so, in fact. Well, wonder no more.
Beyonce has spoken about her fitness regime. Fitness what? Yeah, just like most other Hollywood stars, she has her own routine when it comes to staying fit. She says that she has to work out 5 times a week! This may not seem much to some people but boy, does this seem crazy to a couch potato like me. Then again, if working out 5 times a week, like Beyonce does, will make me look like her, then why not???
Anyhow, Beyonce reveals that she normally gets out of bed at 8.30 every morning. She then has some cereal for breakfast and then she “lets it digest.” What that means exactly, I do not know. After the digestion process she goes on to do some cardio for about half an hour. (For those who are not work out buffs, cardio is merely something that gets your heart rate up.) After her cardio work out, Beyonce then does 45 minutes of free weights. With her busy schedule, I wonder where she finds the time to do all this EVERYDAY? I sure would like to know, maybe I can benefit from it.
