Beyonce Fragrance — Beyonce Perfume Deal With Coty Inc.
How would you like to smell like a millionairess?
Beyonce has landed a multimillion dollar deal to launch her own perfume with fragrance house Coty — the company behind signature scents by Sarah Jessica Parker, Gwen Stefani, and Halle Berry. On Tuesday, Coty Inc. Chief Executive Officer Bernd Beetz announced the signing of the singer/actress/pop culture icon, who will develop, market and unveil an exclusive Beyonce fragrance for the brand.

“For me, fragrance reflects a woman’s attitude and unique sense of style. While I love various perfumes, I haven’t found a scent that truly personifies me as a woman. Working with Coty, I was able to turn my ideal fragrance into a reality by creating an alluring and sophisticated fragrance; one that’s reflective of my inner power,” Beyonce said in a statement to Women’s Wear Daily on Tuesday.
The singing superstar is already the face of Emporio Armani’s Diamonds perfume and previously fronted the promotional campaign for Tommy Hilfiger’s True Star fragrances.
The yet-to-be-named fragrance will launch in early 2010 in North and South America with subsequent plans to debut in Europe and key markets throughout the world later that year.
