Bootylicious Beyonce Knowles, who is developing a housing development for low-income families in Houston, reportedly exhibited divalicious attributes during a late August concert at the Cox Arena in San Diego. The Houston born singer refused to allow backstage staff to look at her and demanded her dressing room be adorned with ‘red carpet’ of white linen.

“All the local staff were instructed by Beyonce’s people not to look at her, speak to her or approach her,” says tab source. “The staff were actually told before the show that if Beyonce was coming down the hall, you were to find an unlocked room and immediately go into it, out of her presence. No one could remember diva behavior this bad before!”
