The claws are out!

Gwyneth Paltrow showed her faithful followers at Goop.com how to debone a chicken in a recent video blog — unfortunately not everyone was impressed with the Oscar winner’s moves in the kitchen.

“I’d rather staple my eyelids shut than watch Gwyneth cook,” Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel retorted to The New York Daily News’ Gatecrasher column on Saturday.

The 38-year-old Naturally Thin author/chef — who attended the launch of her bottled Skinnygirl Margaritas at the Montauk Yacht Club in New York over the weekend — predicts a cooking show from Gwyn would be quite “boring” to watch.

“Gwyneth is afraid to [reveal] who she really is – she’s so manhandled by publicists and managers. Her show would be way too boring to watch.”
