TMZ first broke the news that Skinnygirl founder, Bethenny Frankel, had filed for divorce from her husband of 2 years, Jason Hoppy.

Now, word is starting about the details of the divorce. The pair, who did have a prenuptial agreement in place before they married in March 2010, could be gearing up for a nasty divorce.

According to documents filed, Bethenny is asking for child support, retroactive from the date she filed for divorce. Bethenny is also asking for Medical, dental, optical, therapeutic, and orthodontic expenses for she and daughter Bryn. She also wants life insurance that makes both Bryn and Bethenny the beneficiaries.

Bethenny also wants primary custody of their daughter and wants Jason OUT of her New York City apartment, asking for exclusive occupancy.

What do you think? Do you think this will get nasty between Jason and Bethenny? It just seems hard to imagine that someone who sold their cocktail line for $100 million (A deal that Jason helped orchestrate) would need all those benefits.
