Benji Madden Hit & Run Hollywood
A hit & run report has been filed against Benji Madden.
At approximately 1:30 AM Friday morning, Benji Madden and his girlfriend Paris Hilton were leaving Hollywood club Foxtail when the paparazzi swarmed their car, it was then that Benji allegedly ran over a photogs foot. He kept going.
The injured photographer drove himself to the hospital and arrived at the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department between 5 am and 6 am to file a hit and run report against Benji.
