Live from this morning’s WTF Files, we have 18-year-old Kimberly Vlaeminck. The Belgian teenager is suing Romanian tattoo artist Rouslan Toumaniantz for 10000 Euros to pay for the removal of dozens of colorful star-shaped tattoos crisscrossing the left side of her face. Kimberly says she fell asleep in a tattoo parlor and awoke to find 56 tattoos on her face instead of the three she had asked for.

Just a sec….she expects us to believe that she “dozed off” while someone had a flippin’ needle on her face?! Sorry Kim, but we don’t believe you. Tattooing is not only loud, but it hurts…a lot. There’s no one in the history of mankind who has slept through such a procedure.

She also blames a language barrier for the massive foul-up. Kimberly says she asked for the three stars in French and limited English, but now believes Toumaniantz didn’t understand her.

Toumaniantz says he understood the young woman perfectly and did as he was told. He insists that Vlaeminck left his shop happy and is only complaining now because of the negative reaction she received from her father and boyfriend.

“She asked for 56 stars and that’s what she got….”

At any rate, although Toumaniantz maintains that the teenager asked for all 56 stars — and he has the witnesses to prove it — he is willing to split the cost of removal.

“Kimberly is unhappy and it is not my wish to have an unsatisfied client,” Toumaniantz said. “There is a way to remove the tattoos with the help of a laser. I accept to pay for half the cost.”
