Veteran news woman Barbara Walters announced on today’s episode of The View that she’s spoken to Britney Spears’ friend and manager Sam Lufti. and he’s revealed that the troubled pop star is seeking help for what he told Babs were “mental issues which are treatable.” Whoopi took this as an opportunity for “joke time.”

Dear Barbara and Whoopi:
My name is Janette. I am Britney Speals former inmate in Department 88. I haven’t seen my children since Mother’s day 2007 and Judge Gordon wouldn’t even allow me to call them to say I love you. Get this guys, I am a 50 year old woman, 2nd generation Hollywood Born & raised, historical AYSO soccer coach, school volunteer, business woman and my two adult children are brit’s age with achievements surpassing 90% of thheir peer group in LA. Get my scrap book from Robin McGraw and you will see what kind of a parent I am. I wrote a book, the End of The Innocence, Everyone at the LASC has it - so does the Governor. My story will shock the nation. If you talk to Robin, tell her that after Judge Gordon took Jenna from me, he took Jaymus too. Jaymus cried and suffered for four months. I have a jillion expert witnesses, all Ph’Ds. If it were not for my older kids and my wonderful friends and family, I would have killed myself too. I can help Britney by giving her inspiation and letting her know that she is not alone in this world. That even great moms like me lose their chilldren in Judge Gordon’s Court. He is corrupt. I have asked the Presiding Judge, J. Stephen Czuleger to package my case up and give it to the Attorney Generals office for prosecuting. I tried the first part of my case against DeNiro’s attorney - Oh My God - Whoopi - your name is in my book - you’re one of my all time favorites. I used to imagine you playing me “live in the courtroom” up against DeNiro’s attorney. Call me if you want to read this story - I need a book publisher.
