Sienna Miller is suing British tabloids News Of The World and The Sun for publishing photos of her vacationing topless with her married, but “separated,” new hunny Balthazar Getty.

The actress claims both publications invaded her privacy by snapping the lewd shots and break the news of clandestine relationship with Getty.

This isn’t the first time Sienna has gone up against the tabs. Last December, The Sun and News of the World were ordered to fork over nearly $75,000 for publishing “intrusive” photos of the actress during a nude scene on a film set.
