This is just sad….On Wednesday, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation has released the official mugshot photo of ’60s record producer Phil Spector — sans his trademark hair plugs.

Is it just us or does Bald Phil remind anyone else of a slightly demented Mr. Burns from The Simpsons? This should be tagged “Not Safe For Life!”

Phil is currently incarcerated in Kern County, California, serving a 19-year sentence for the second-degree murder of actress Lana Clarkson in 2003.
