Avril Lavigne’s getting her fangs filed down.

The multiplatinum-selling singer is very self-conscious about her “vampirelike front teeth” and has decided to undergo dental surgery to round them.

“Avril hates her fangs,” says a Star insider. “She is planning on having them filed down by a cosmetic dentist.”

The source adds: “It’s just something she has always been insecure about….As soon as Avril finds some time to take off, she’s getting getting it done.”
