Punk pop princess Avril Lavigne officially ended her three year marriage to ex Deryck Whibley in September, and she’s right to move on — and move in — with her Elvis lookalike lover, oil heir Brandon Davis, 30.

“Avril is selling her home where she lived with Deryck, while Brandon still lives in his family’s Bel-Air mansion….They both needed a place to live, so they decided to move in together.”

Avril and Brandon has been house-hunting around Beverly Hills and nearby Hollywood Hills in the past week, a friend of the 25-year-old “Girlfriend” star reveals in the Nov. 2 issue of In Touch.

“She and Brandon aren’t sure where the romance is headed, but Brandon has never lived with a woman before, so it’s a big commitment on his part.”
