Less than a week after being accused of and sued for jacking her chart-topping single ‘Girlfriend,’ Avirl Lavigne has been accused of stealing more tunes. ‘I Don’t Have To Try,’ a track featured on Avril’s latest effort ‘The Best Damn Thing’ is an accused exact copy of ‘I’m The Kinda’ by fellow Canadian artist Peaches.
