Audrina Patridge Reality Show “The Colony” Casting Friends
Who says you can’t buy friendship?
Audrina Patridge will get a whole new clique of fashionable galpals when she departs The Hills next month for greener pastures on her own “reality” spinoff.
The new MTV show, tenatively-titled The Colony, will begin shooting in August, and series producers are already casting girls to join Audrina’s new crew, a production source reveals to Star Magazine in its July 13 edition.
“The show is currently casting for Audrina’s new BFFs.”
“They have chosen a girl pursuing a music career,” says one inside snoop, who adds that, “The others will also have some sort of artsy interest.”
Audrina, 24, has been very involved in selecting the people who will pretend to be her friends for the sake of television.
“She wants to make sure they find people she actually wants to get to know.”
