Audrina Patridge PETA Ad — “Buying Animals Means Killing Animals”
Audrina Patridge is a friend to animals.
The Hills hunny has teamed up with outspoken animal rights group PETA to appear as an “angel” in a new ad supporting animal adoption.
In the ad –which aims to encourage potential pet owners to adopt homeless animals rather than purchasing furry friends from pet stores– Audrina will appear in a white bikini and angel wings holding her rescued shelter dog, Speedy Gonzalez.
The ad reads: “Buying animals means killing animals… Each year, six to eight million unwanted dogs and cats are turned in to shelters, and half are killed because there aren’t enough good homes.”
She also urges pet owners to spay and neuter their cats and dogs to prevent unwanted births.
Audrina’s PETA promo will be unveiled in Los Angeles on Wednesday, April 22.

I put it to you that it is racist to name your dog “Speedy Gonzalez”.
