Lawyers for Britney Spears will head into court on Monday to fight an order which has given her father, Jamie Spears, control of her estate. Attorneys for the singer will object in a Los Angeles courtroom to Jamie’s conservatorship over his twenty-six year old daughter. The court order affords the elder Spears complete control of Brit’s medical, financial, and legal affairs.
