And now for the WTF Moment of the Day-The Associated Press has already written Britney Spears’ obituary and has the eulogy up and ready to roll just in case Brit takes a dirt nap in the next thirty days. “We are not wishing it, but if Britney passed away, it’s easily one of the biggest stories in a long time,” AP entertainment editor Jesse Washington tells Us Magazine.

“I think one would agree that Britney seems at risk right now,” he says. “Of course, we would never wish any type of misfortune on anybody and hope that we would never have to use it until 50 years from now…but if something were to happen, we would have to be prepared.”

As much as I hate old cliches, this one seems fitting at the moment: “The same hole that you dig for someone else, will be the same hole that you fall into.” The AP should be ashamed-this is a horrible thing to do all for the sake of news.
