I heard they were going to do a remake of this movie and I hated the idea of making another remake. I thought I would at least give it a chance, given who they cast in the film. Now that I know whose going to play Louise , I dont think I am going to see it. I loved the orginal as a kid, but to think of Robin Lively and then think of Ashley Tisdale as Louise Miller .. Nah. The movie is already ridicously cheesy and by todays standards bad. I nee to look at somebody who wont annoy me. Not saying that Ashley Tisdale is bad, but Ive seen her character on hellcats. I just dont think it would work for Teen witch. It be a Nick Cannon in Love dont cost a thing.

ASHLEY TISDALE WOULD MAKE A GREAT LOUISE IN THE REMAKE AS LONG AS SHE HAS BROWN HAIR LIKE THE ORIGINAL TEEN WITCH AND NOT BLONDE AND DOES NOT SING AT ALL IN THE MOVIE THAT WOULD BE HORRIBLE SHE ALREADY SING IN HER OTHER MOVIES SHE BETTER NOT SING AT ALL IN TEEN WITCH REMAKE I WONT WATCH IT THEN AND NEITHER WILL ANYBODY ELSE

I changed my mind after watching the show Hellcats Ashley. T could definitely pull off this role 4 teen witch, sorry I doubted u Ashley!!!!

I’ve watched Ashley Tisdale on Disney and to be honest, she’s not the best actress. I don’t think she’s bad, I even enjoy watching her in Disney shows/movies from time to time, but I can’t picture her in the role of Louise. Teen Witch is one of my all time favorite movies- I love 1980s movies and it was by far one of the best. Robyn Lively is super beautiful in my opinion and Ashley Tisdale isn’t all that pretty to me- she’s not ugly, but she’s not pretty; she’s okay. Congrats to her for getting the role if she did get it, but personally I would have chosen someone else- someone suggested Kay Panabaker (who I could see in the role)- that is more the image I see. I’m not going to lie, I will be going to see this remake- if only because I just loved the first one and I’d like to see how it turns out in a more modern day remake.

i think everyone should stop hating on ashley tisdale i think she would do a great job playing louise! i cant picture anyone doing it better and also HSM is good if u dont like it ok u dont have to say shit like its crappy

NOOOOO!!!!!! Anyone but ashley tisdale should play Louise! Please! Remakes are tricky enough to do right, but putting a Disney “star” in the lead role of such an amazing film isn’t going to do the orginial movie any justice. Let’s give the role to someone with REAL acting talent that can pull of a decent remake and please fans of the original “Louise” (Robyn Lively) and let us relive our adolescence……and not just give the role to a person that will draw tons of kiddies to the theatre for the moguls to make some big bucks

I honestly believe if their going to remake teen witch, then Kay Panabaker is the best person 4 the job! I love her acting, and if anybody could pull off the shy girl it’s her. Reconsider Ashley.T please!!!!!

oh wow that is so awesome Ashley does a shy girl so well in movies and I think she will do a good job BUT I don’t the movie shouldn’t have been redone

I dont think ashley fits the part to remake Teen Witch anyway. I have the movie on dvd and i love it. Why are they remaking it? It dosent need to be redone. I hate when people take old movies and decide to remake it when the movie is fine. Sorry ashley but even if you are in the movie you will never make it any better or do the part better then robyn lively. You need to stick with your high school musical crap movie and stop trying to be the STAR in every dam movie your in.
