The producers of High School Musical 3 are considering writing Ashley Tisdale’s nose job into the motion picture’s script to explain the surgery’s dramatic alteration of the actress’ face.
“Ashley’s appearance has been so dramatically altered, producers want to include the surgery in the storyline for High School Musical 3 to explain her new look,” an spy tells In Touch Weekly.
