A rep for Ugly Betty star Ashley Jensen has denied reports that the actress is leaving the campy ABC comedy.

These reports are “not true,” Ashley’s publicist insisted on Tuesday.

On Monday, E!’s Watch With Kristin column cited a source who claimed Ashley had requested to be released from her contract and would not be back for a fourth season on the series.

On the show, Ashley plays Betty’s best work pal, Christina McKinney, who is the surrogate mother of Wilhelmina Slater and Bradford Meade’s unborn son.
