The woman who brought New York’s highest-ranking government official to his knees (probably in more ways than one) has been offered $1 million to show us her naughty bits in a spread for Hustler Magazine.

“Larry Flynt and Hustler Magazine will be offering $1 Million to Ashley Dupre to pose for Hustler Magazine,” a rep for Hustler Magazine announced on Friday. “We want this to happen as soon as possible.”

But it looks like Hustler will have a some competition if it plans to get exclusive footage with the twenty-two year old Jersey Girl. Penthouse Magazine also wants Ashley in the buff:

“We would love to see Ashley appear on our Web site. We would be thrilled. We are definitely reaching out to her,” says Penthouse executive Marc Bell. “Her fifteen minutes of fame are now and Penthouse could mean a unique and enormous opportunity for her.”

But friends of the high-prized hooker don’t think nude pictorials are in Ashley Dupre’s future.

“Ashley is a nice girl who had a difficult time in life. It is true she grew up wealthy and lived in an expensive home, but [she] has serious family issues,” a friend of Ashley’s reveals. “She got into the wrong crowd a few years ago and that’s when she started dating older men. She doesn’t want people to think she is a bad person.”

“Her priority now is her music and the CD she is trying to launch.”
