After being hit with $10 million lawsuit from twenty-two year old former prostitute Ashley Alexandra Dupre, Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis has released a video proving that the Governor Spitzer call girl agreed to be filmed in a 2003 edition of the nude video magazine.
Ashley claims she was only seventeen at the time and too young to sign a binding contract. The twenty-two year old has accused Joe of exploiting her image and name on various Internet sites.
This video displays a New Jersey driver’s license with the name Amber Arpaio and a DOB that would have made her twenty years old at the time..
“Can I use this on Girls Gone Wild ?” she is asked. “Of course you can,” Dupre answers.
