As Ashlee Simpson prepares for the April 2008 release of her new Bittersweet World LP, the youngest Simpson sis is taking on a new career endeavor-fashion designer. Ashlee is launching a new line of t-shirts for junior retailer Wet Seal. T-Shirts By Ashlee will launch nationwide on April 22, the same day Bittersweet World drops, with each creation sporting designs inspired by Ashlee’s personality and album artwork.

“I was inspired by so many fun, wonderful things as I was recording Bittersweet World and it’s been great to carry through those inspirations into these new shirt designs,” Ashlee says. “I hope my fans love this album and rock out in these shirts!”
