Pete Wentz has presented his pregnant wife with a gift certificate for $5,000 worth of prenatal massages at the Burke Williams Spa in Los Angeles. The thoughtful hubby is hoping the gesture will help singer Ashlee Simpson-Wentz relax as she prepares to give birth to the couple’s first child in October.

“Pete gave Ashlee a credit for $5,000 to the spa,” an insider tells Star. “He knows Ashlee would never spend on something like that. He wanted to spoil her.”
