Ashlee Simpson has again sparked rumors that she is addicted to going under the knife after the twenty-three year old “Bittersweet World” star was spied shopping in Tinesltown with a blotchy blotted face.

Ashlee looked embarrassed as she tried to hide her bizarrely bloated face behind a veil of hair.

“Her face looked bizarrely lopsided and swollen,” an onlooker tells an Aussie tabloid. “She was trying to cover up her puffy cheeks with her hair, but it was all too obvious something was wrong.”
