Ashlee Simpson “Melrose Place”
Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is moving to Melrose Place.
Ashlee has joined the cast of the CW’s remake of the popular 90’s series Melrose Place, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
According to THR, the singer/actress will play “Violet,” a small town girl with a secret who moves to Los Angeles.
Ashlee, who kicked off her acting career with a recurring role on the WB drama 7th Heaven, will return to the small screen as a leading lady when the new Melrose premieres this Fall.
