Pete who? The ink has barely settled on her petition for divorce, but it looks like Ashlee Simpson’s already got a new boyfriend.

She’s been snapped holding hands and swapping spit with babyfaced actor Vincent Piazza, best known for starring in Boardwalk Empire. Both looked cozy as they strolled arm-in-arm in New York City over the weekend, PEOPLE reports. Ashlee maintains a good relationship with her estranged husband — Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz. The former couple announced their unexpected split earlier this year, but are often snapped together taking their two-year-old son Bronx out for playdates.

Wonder how long it’ll be before Pete surfaces with a new lady love…
