Arnold Schwarzenegger is putting his life story on paper, but the former California governor insists the tome won’t serve as a tell-all.
The action star-turned-Governator has inked an agreement with publishing magnate Simon & Schuster to pen a memoir that is tentatively set for release in Oct. 2012. According to Simon & Schuster, Arnie has been working on the book — which is working under the title Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story — since 2010. The publisher is billing the book as “a larger-than-life portrait of his illustrious, controversial and ever-entertaining life in and out of the public eye.” Schwarzenegger will be collaborating with Peter Petre, who has worked on bestsellers by former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan and Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf.
