A photo of an overdosed Anna Nicole Smith passed out in her own vomit a few days before her death has leaked to the Web. An unidentified figure close to Playboy’s one-time Playmate of the Year snapped a photo of the mother to sell to the press. A photo of Anna Nicole’s dead body in a Florida morgue was featured in the National Enquirer last February.NSFW After The Jump.

This woman is lying in her own vomit and was clearly drugging herself to death because she died several days afterward. In this pic it’s clear that she was hittiing rock bottom. I’m not saying that anyone should give her a pity party, but this pic is not funny or anything to laugh at. Well what is sad is that she needed help and every one went about their happy life’s while she was on television totally drugged and no one stepped in to see what was going on. Some of us take others problems for granted.
