Anna Nicole Smith allegedly attempted suicide twice in the five months following the birth of her daughter Dannielynn.

“She also tried to drown herself in her swimming pool. Howard K. Stern rescued her. I heard him say to her, ‘If anything happens to you, I would go to jail.’ ”

The sworn affidavit, written in the Bahamas on December 4, 2006, also reveals Anna Nicole was obsessed with keeping her baby slim, because “she wanted her to be ’sexy’ “.
