Anna Nicole Smith never changed her will after the September death of her twenty-year old son Daniel.

In Howard K. Stern’s million dollar interview with Entertainment Tonight’s Mark Steines, the lawyer makes some stricking revealations about the will of his late fiancee:

“Everything went to her son Daniel. Now, because Daniel’s gone and Dannielynn is an only child, everything goes to Dannielynn. Everything. I am named as the executor in that will, and I was also appointed or named as Daniel’s guardian in that will. And again, that was way back in 2001.”
