Ann Coulter “The TODAY Show” Video (01/07/09)
Conservative fruitcake Ann Coulter got to have her say on The TODAY Show this week, after all. Despite rumors that the commentator had been banned from NBC, TODAY’s Matt Lauer spoke with Ann about President-Elect Obama and her new book, Guilty: Liberal Victims and Their Assault on America , on Wednesday.
“I’m glad you’re back,” Matt greeted Ann this morning.
“So am I,” she replied with a smile.
“You’re not banned for life,” Matt added.
“I’m delighted to hear that,” Ann said.
“We switched you for Tony Blair,” Matt explained.
“The point is, I was cancelled twice,” Ann countered referring to a second scheduled appearance on Tuesday with Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford in the show’s fourth hour that was also dropped.
“Just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean you don’t have enemies,” Matt smiled.
