Angelina Jolie is planning a séance to contact with her late mom, actress Marcheline Betrand.

The Changeling star met the psychic in New Orleans’ French Quarter shortly after Marcheline died of ovarian cancer in 2007.

“Lately, Angie has been talking about how she wishes Marcheline were around help her make major life decisions, and if that means reaching into the afterworld, then so be it.”

Ange met with a psychic after her mum died two years ago, but this is the first time she’s tried to make direct contact with her. Insiders say the Oscar-winning vamp misses her mother desperately and is in dire need of her advice.

“Angie has had multiple face to face and telephone sessions with the psychic, but it’s only recently that she said, ‘I want to contact my mom.’”

The “20-Questions” séance is scheduled for late January — Angelina’s next trip to New Orleans.

“Angelina told the psychic that she’d like a sign from her mum that her soul is at peace,” a friend tells The National Enqurier. “But Angie has been grappling with the dilemma of whether she and Brad should make their union official. Marcheline always said she wanted Angie to settle down, but one of Angie’s biggest regrets is that she never asked her mom if she thought Brad was ‘the one.’ Angie is also agonising over whether or not to adopt another child, or try for another biological child.”
