Angelina Jolie have never hit it off as friends, but the Material Girl is saying “I have a new confidante in Angie” after the two megastars recently bonded in a telephone call over Angelina’s recent Zahara adoption worries.

Celebrity mole Mike Walker reports:

They “ended up sobbing their hearts out on the phone.” Madonna, upset by reports that yet another woman claiming to be the mother of Angelina’s adopted tot Zahara had popped up, phoned the ‘Beowulf’ star and told her to hang in….What was supposed to be a brief call turned into an emotional sob-fest that lasted more than an hour-and ended when the moms promised to call each other once a week for support.
